1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ListBrew ("Service"), operated by SDN Software Services Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ListBrew is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps users discover link building opportunities and AI citation placements by analyzing search engine results and AI chatbot responses. The Service includes features such as Google SERP analysis, AI Overview tracking, and citation discovery across various AI platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

ListBrew offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with different features and credit limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund grace period on all paid plans. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis according to credit usage:

  • Refunds are available for requests made within 7 days of payment
  • The refund amount is pro-rated based on unused credits
  • Formula: Refund = (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Payment Amount
  • Example: If you paid $39 for 300 credits and used 100 credits, your refund would be: (200/300) × $39 = $26

To request a refund, contact us at support@listbrew.ai with your account email and transaction details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions: Billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues preventing service use will be refunded in full regardless of credit usage or time elapsed.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day grace period (unless due to billing errors or technical issues)
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support
  • Account terminations due to violations of these Terms of Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ListBrew and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Results from the Service are for informational purposes and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListBrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ListBrew operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
