Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
1. Introduction
ListBrew, operated by SDN Software Services Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Personalize and improve your experience
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our Service (e.g., Paddle for payments, Supabase for data storage)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Google User Data (Gmail)
ListBrew lets you connect your Google account so it can send your outreach emails from your own Gmail address and keep track of the replies you receive. This section explains exactly what Google data we access, why, and how we protect it.
5.1 What we access
- Send email on your behalf (
gmail.send) — used only to send the outreach emails you have created and scheduled in ListBrew, from your own address. - Read your email (
gmail.readonly) — used only to detect and display replies to the emails ListBrew sent for you, so we can automatically stop a sequence when someone replies, detect bounced messages and out-of-office auto-replies, and show those replies to you in ListBrew's inbox.
5.2 How we use it
Google user data is used solely to provide these user-facing features. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or transfer it to third parties, and we do not use it to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Reply and bounce detection is performed by our own software; the content of your incoming email is never sent to any third-party AI service.
5.3 How we store, protect, and delete it
Your Google sign-in tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and access is restricted to the systems that run the features above. Email replies that ListBrew retrieves are stored in your account so you can view them in the inbox, protected by access controls limited to your organization. We retain retrieved email data only while your Google account is connected: when you disconnect the account in Settings → Email Accounts, we delete the stored tokens, ask Google to revoke ListBrew's access, and delete the incoming messages retrieved for that account.
5.4 Limited Use
ListBrew's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request portability of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@listbrew.ai.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Service.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
